Mr. Telesmanic has more than 30 years of International Gaming Industry experience. He is currently Director of table games at Morongo Casino in California. Previous positions held include Principal Director of National Gaming Development Group which develops casino projects on a global level, Vice President of Table Games at Foxwoods Resort Casino, CEO of Genting (South Australia) Pty Ltd. Casino Strategy Firm and CEO of Adelaide Casino in South Australia. Mr. Telesmanic studied in Business Administration at Santa Clara University as well as extensive formal training Casino Management and Operations.
Alexandre Lattes, Director, Audit Committee Chair
Mr. Lattes is presently serving as CEO of COGEVAL since 2004. Based in Paris COGEVAL is private investment firm. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lattes served as a financial analyst for several French brokerage firms including Gilbert Dupont Groupe and Credit du Nord. Mr Lattes currently serves on the Board of Directors of Maison Antoine Baud, which is listed on the Marche Libre in France. Mr. Lattes is a member of the SFAF, French Society of Financial Analyst.
Herve Eschasseriau, Director, Corporate Governance Committee Chair
Mr. Eschasseriau holds a License and Masters Degree as well as a DEA in Corporate Law from Sorbonne University in France as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Paris Institute of Political Science. Mr. Eschasseriau is currently serving as the President of GGA in Paris which is an insurance brokerage firm specialized foreign and domestic insurance in technology. Previous positions held by Mr. Eschasseriau include Fiscalist at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in Dallas, Texas as well as Private Wealth Manager at DR Private Wealth Management in Paris France.
Earle G. Hall, President and Chief Executive Officer
Earle G. Hall has 15 years of international executive management experience in Strategic Analysis, Growth Management, Corporate Restructuring and Organizational Development as well as 10 years service as a Canadian Army Logistics Officer. Mr. Hall has a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a B.A. from the Royal Military College, Canada as well as formal training in the Microsoft Education Program in Business Solutions (CRM) and Technology (MCSE). Prior to joining DEQ in 2004, he held various international positions such as President of InSpeck Inc, Vice President of eLearning, General Manager of MultiHexa as well as several independent consultant positions for technology companies such as Microsoft Business Solutions and BCE Emergis in eCommerce. Since 1999, he has taught Management of Information and New Technology at the National Academy for Public Administration (ENAP) at the Master’s Degree Level. Mr Hall has won numerous awards and distinctions such as RMC Logistics Honour Graduate, USA Army and Naval Logistics Honour Graduate Distinctions as well as Quebec City’s Young High Tech Personality of the Year.
Jean-Claude Vachon, Director
Mr. Vachon is the sole shareholder and director of Gestion J.C.V. Inc., a private investment and consulting company. Throughout his career, he has managed private companies in various fields. Since 1993, he has been a consultant for public companies.
Michael Hackman, Director
Mr. Hackman is a gaming and wagering executive with a broad exposure to the Asia-Pacific region. He is Managing Director of Admirals Group which has gaming management and public policy advisory contracts with governments in Australia and gaming licenses in Europe. He brings considerable practical knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues within the gaming and wagering industry. Mr. Hackman has a Masters Degree in Politics and Public Policy, a Graduate Certificate in Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also serves as a Director on the National Board of the iconic not-for-profit aero-medical organisation, the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.
